Lawn Care & Landscape Technician $19-23/hr
Perform all-electric mowing, trimming, and edging
Assist with landscape maintenance, mulching, and seasonal cleanups
Apply organic lawn treatments (safe for people and pets)
Work efficiently with a team to complete scheduled routes
Crew Leader $23-27/hr
Oversee a small team of lawn care technicians
Operate company vehicle & trailers
Ensure high-quality service and customer satisfaction
Train and mentor team members
Operate and maintain lawn & landscaping equipment
